Payment Methods

For individual transactions, we provide the necessary documents to facilitate the payment process.

• Voxtab will email you the payment guidelines and invoice (both in the PDF format).
• Please check the invoice and read the payment guidelines carefully.
• You can choose from the following two payment options:
  • Payment by card
  • Payment by Bank Transfer
• After the payment is received, a receipt will be issued (on request).

For corporate transactions (organization, government, public), we provide the necessary documents as per your requirements.

• When filling the quotation form, clearly outline the document required for the billing purpose.
• Voxtab will email you the payment guidelines and invoice (both in the PDF format).
  • Billing documents are password protected and will not be sent again.
  • Billing documents are digitally signed.
  • You can take a color printout and submit it to your accountant for the payment.
• In case your organization/university/company requires other documents for proof, we will send it to you by email or fax. Please contact us at request@voxtab.com for any such requirement.
